Nutrasentials is a balanced formula of USP grade amino acids and should not be used as a sole source of nutrition. Nutrasentials does not contain proteins, peptides or non-essential amino acids. The recommended serving size for a 70 kg (154 lb) person is 3.5 g of essential amino acids.

Grape, Orange, Cherry and Lemonade have 55 servings per bottle.  Each serving has 3.5 grams of essential amino acids and no fiber.  One scoop of powdered mix is added to 8 ounces of water or juice and mixes easily.  It is sold by weight, not volume and contents will settle significantly.
